All prices are in NZD and payments are generally made via New Zealand bank deposit or PayPal.
Payment is expected within 7 days of placing your order or it will be cancelled. I do not start on orders until payment is received.
Orders generally take 2 weeks from receipt of payment to the day I put it in the post to you, but this also depends on what you are ordering and the work involved.

Items posted within New Zealand are generally sent by Standard Post and are expected to arrive in 1-3 working days from the day it's posted. Tracked overnight courier is also available for an additional fee.
Items posted outside of New Zealand are sent by International Air and are expected to arrive in 3-10 working days from the day it's posted. A tracked service is available for an additional fee.
In the case of a lost parcel I will do my best to help the situation, however please understand that I cannot offer a full refund for missing parcels and have very little control of parcels once they are posted, especially if they have no tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
eejay Design is in trade and as such must comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

I understand that it's not easy buying online as you can't "try before you buy". If an item is not what you expected or doesn't suit, simply return it to me in original condition (unworn with tags attached) within 7 days of receipt.
(PLEASE NOTE: There are NO returns or refunds on digital files purchased)
You may exchange the item for a different size or style or I will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge)
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. I recommend that you send the parcel using a Tracked Courier and take note of the tracking number. Items damaged in transit cannot be accepted as returns.
The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility.
I aim for perfection in everything I make but in the rare instance that an item is flawed, please contact me immediately to rectify the situation.
I do not accept any used item - returned items must have tags still attached and be in new, unworn, unused condition - the only exception is if they have turned out to be faulty.
